I love how angular Batman looks here. The transition from head to neck is also perfect -- I know that I struggle with this transition a lot in my work.

Great job!

Nice man. Im getting into sketch cards this summer finally. Any pointers how to adapt to the size difference?

Thanks!

I'm no expert, but I think you have to really plan out the composition of the cards--can't fit it all in and keep certain levels of detail so I think finding the most striking image with good composition is the way to go...I would also grid out some sheets of paper with the sketch card size and play around in the boxes to see what kind of images you can get.

Are you doing personal sketch cards or getting onto a set of cards? Either one will be exciting!

I wish I was getting into a set...I'm far too young I think. Im currently a student at the Joe Kubert School of Art and am just completing my first year. I'm going to be doing personal sketch cards. I've wanted to do them for a while but have been far too busy with work. With the summer just around the corner, I will finally have some free time.

Very classic yet modern. I like it.

But, I think he's flirting with me! If I stare at him too long, it looks like he's smirking at me. LOL.

Nice work man. Keep it up.

Flirting!?! LOL...He's the goddamn batman--he doesnt flirt--he breaks people's arms for looking at him the wrong way!

Thank you for the comment--I wanted him to have a clean classic look but with today's style...does that make sense?
