Description
I decided to do a CaptainSparklez pic with my character and someone of the mobs plus Herobrine giving the order to attack us (He mad at my character for playfully teasing him XD). Anyway, CaptainSparklez came in and slain the creeper with his other diamond sword and notice that my character Crystal is fine but now in danger of the other mobs (can't do skeletons they slightly match the cave wall XD)Oh I done a feather effect for Herobrine eyes :3 so now they glow hehe >:3. Please do comment on how to better the eye effect. It would help me to get better at this :3. Please do as well as to favie it.

well the Mine-imator is free to used but it's for Windows though :\ but it wasn't easy for me at first I had to look the program up on youtube to see how to use it XD. But once you know how to use the program it's over all easy

Add a new layer, and blot white circles over his eyes.
Blur them, and then decrease the opacity of the layer.
Repeat with smaller and larger circles.
