Nice details on the vines. I think some branches would help define the background as trees... if that's what they are.
Varying your highlights would have adding more texture to the objects in the scene. Your cast shadows are far more crisp than the rest of your shadows, you need to be more uniform. Also, remember where a shadow starts is darker then where it ends as well as less crisp.
I think improvements on your dark values and shadows will be the next big step forward in your art.

Anatomy, hmm.
Her arms are still too thin, you seem to do that a lot. Since you are working with an anime style, I suggest you pick an official character sheet from one of them and actually compare the width of their arms to their bodies. The thinness is harder to see in this picture because she has bare arms, but I think you'll fall into trouble again when you have to cover them in fabric for another picture. I like the thickness of her neck, I think it works really well. I think you would see a bit of her crotch in this image, but cheating it out to avoid an obvious panty shot isn't uncommon. Still, it brings up the issue of thinking harder about your choice in posing so you don't have to cheat.
The general hand shape is okay, but you need to make sure the length of the fingers is off. Even if I put my hand in the same pose, the ring finger is still shorter than the middle. Also, I personally can't twist my hand back that far while keeping it that close to my pelvis. Try it out for yourself. Keeping in mind the limits of human flexibility will make your characters seem more life like.
