I REALLY liked the movie. Although I thought Optimus was going to die because he died in the old cartoon movie.

lol...neither did I, but my wife is not only an 80s child but also a big fan of Eeyore...she did an IMdB search on the voice of optimus when the movie came out, because she thought he recognized him, and found out about the very strange connection...
