Mimikyu has got to be one of my new favourite Pokémon; I just love the creepy potential it has ;u; to me, the actual lore is more interesting than it's personality. I mean, sure, I like that endearing story of a creature who wants to be loved so it pretends to be the icon, but the Pokédex entry that states someone died of terror after seeing it's true form is what really stood out to me. It has something strange and Lovecraftian to it (the mere sight of it is too much to behold!) and has LOTS of horror potential. So yeah, expect me to draw Mimikyu without it's cover sometime soon.

And yes, this is a shiny one. Shiny Mimikyu is preferred over normal Mimikyu for me, because Alola is one of the brighter and more colourful regions; something as monochrome as shiny Mimikyu makes an eerie contrast to it, which makes it seem like it doesn't quite belong there...
