Description
This is Novaliss Astri (Ah-stri) Fairy of Psychic Talents. At the Magic Academy Arieth attends, Shea Academy, Novaliss is the school bully who makes a game of getting Arieth and her friends in trouble at every turn, and is often making fun of Arieth as she tries to discover more about her powers (often standing out in class and not in the best of light). Novaliss wishes to rule the school, and is selfish when it comes to getting the most attention from anyone, most of all her fellow students. One of the very talented fairies attending in her year she has a vast number of skills.
Her powers are as follows as they are all psychic talents

Astral projection or mental projection - An out-of-body experience in which an "astral body" becomes separate from the physical body.[4]
Dowsing - Ability to locate objects.[8]
Pyrokinesis - Manipulation of fire.
Telepathy or empathy - Transfer of thoughts or emotions.
Transvection - Bodily levitation or flying.

She discovers more psychic talents as her powers develop.
