Huanglong
The Yellow Dragon

Emerged from the River Luo (a tributary of the Huang He) and gave the Emperor Fu Xi the elements of writing.
He determined day and night, weather and seasons, he is the symbol of imperial power.

He wasa a bit challenging to draw, since he is described as being horn-less. It took a while to come up with a design that didn't look as if something was missing.

You can distinguish him from the Japanese Oryu by looking at his claws, Chinese Longs have 5 fingers on their front claws and 4 on their hind ones, Japanese Ryus hace 3 on each claw.

Determina el dia y la noche, el clima y el paso de las estaciones, es el simbolo del poder imperial.

Dibujarlo fue un reto, por que lo describen como un ser sin cuernos. Me tarde en hacer un diseño que no pareciera que le falta algo.

Se le puede distinguir del Oryu Japones por el numero de dedos en sus garras, los Long Chinos tienen 5 dedos en las garras delanteras y 4 en las traseras, los Ryu Japoneses tienen 3 en cada pata.
