very nice manip work... uve really found a nice subniche for this style of work.. it maintains a glossy 2dimmensionality to it for some reason but you havent compromised a bit of the texture in the process. brilliant work.

absolutely gorgeous,the colors,the blends,the athmosphere,and the deformed proportions, the red color(blood?)stitch,and the hair which is also curling into a haunting shadow standing behind her,the sun as a symbol of unconscious hope ...amazing!!!

creepiness. but very cool. you seem to be using more vivid colors lately, which i like. your themes and textures are so dark and grungy - i think these bright colors really bring the images to life.
that background is such a great texture, and i love the sun design. her semi-detached arm and that hook hand really creep me out. in a good way.
you took a great photo and made it into a completely different, but equally great piece of art. excellent work, eva.

Nicely done... I think the inclination of the head backframed by the [excellent] halo works very well indeed. The colors of the burnished background (in which I see some rather curious faces top right - tho that might just be me) compliments and emphasises the pale clothing and skin tones of the figure... It might be part of the ghostly pallor, but if I was going to change anything I might take out the horizontal lines that cut across the lower half. The scratchy lines over the remainder add a nice touch

that hand reminds me of the hand on the evil guy who betrays arnold and his girlfriend in Total Recall...a mutant hand.

Your stuff is extremely similar to CMW's, and that might be detrimental to it. I notice several nuances that he uses alot, like the detail on the eye. the way it's all black, but with small eyelash type things sticking out...really reminds me of him...also the halo behind her head.
