Sorry about the third place ribbons for my contest, you guys have been patient
But I have been starring at these lines for a while now and HAD to finish my new Menorca foals!!! Can't wait for then to grow up
I hope they go great lengths to be becoming true ambassadores of their breed, they are truly great, and then Paige Stud can stud/lease them out, and breed them to each other . . . the stallion may need a chair

Name: PS Aldonza
Barn Name: Aldonza
Gender: Filly/mare
Breed: Pura Raza Menorquina

Height: Projected 16.1 hh with shoes
Color: “Electric” non fading black
Markings: NA
Discipline: parades and festivals, dressage
Passible Traits: EE/aa
Sire/Dam: unknown, bred in Netherlands

Other: Huge for her breed, her dam was also on the tall side and a prized riding horse. She is as spunky as she is tall and a bit of a diva, stubborn and bull headed she is not satisfied unless she gets her way, and will retaliate with every fiber of her being if she is made to something she doesn’t want to do at the moment. Other than being stubborn if she is worked with and encouraged that stubbornness can be aimed toward the strength and determination of a fiery eventing horse. She is fearless but has her quirks, spooking at new objects such as blankets and plastic bags.
Build: Although she is somewhat overly tall she is not too leggy but deep in the barrel. Her legs are straight with heavy cannons and large joints, her shoulders and thighs are well muscled without too much definition. Feet are small and ladylike, about the only thing feminine about this Amazon. She is long in the face with a slightly convex profile and large nostrils set forward on the nose and big expressive dark brown eyes and long curving ears. She has no markings.

Gender: Colt/stallion
Breed: Pura Raza Menorquina
Age: About five months (in this pic, see journals for more up-to date age)
Height: Projected 15.2 hh with out shoes
Color: Black (sun fading)
Markings: Star and snip nearly connected by line of sparse white hairs, off front coronet, a few white hairs on withers
Discipline: Parades, festivals, dressage, bullfighting
Passible Traits: Ee/aa
Sire/Dam: unknown, bred in Netherlands

Other: Somewhat aloof and cautious about strange people, horses and objects. Once he’s warmed up to someone he’s a friend for life, though not cuddly he does enjoy scratches, not particularly fond of hugs or having anyone too close to his face or in his blind spots. Very curious and his quiet nature makes many believe him to be calm and laid back, in reality he is quite the mischief maker and enjoys escaping from his stall or into an adjacent paddock. Though he is calm and nearly bombproof he spooks at dark corners of the barn, or that big bush in the dressage arena, you never know what might be in there! He is a typical male and will push anyone’s buttons just to see how much he can get away with, needs a strong but patient hand in training.
Build: A stocky boy and average in height for his breed he has good straight legs and a short powerful back and big hind quarters. His face is not overly long and he possesses a nearly straight profile but a prominent Roman-nose and wide nostrils, also has a keen eye, which is medium brown. A most interesting star marking that swirls around with a “scoop” taken out and then seems to drip down to a snip that stretches to both nostrils and ends at the upper lip with some freckling. Also has a coronet marking in the off front foot, a few white hairs on his withers and is black but fades to dark brown in the sun or when sweated.

When they are of age I will register them with the IHA, I have not registered a horse with the HArpg in a while, I just use breed regestries oh well. And that is PS's molly mule, Unule watching over her new charges, poor thing
