Art for . She told me to do a surprise for her...so I did! It's her exploring the greatist magic of all...the magic within.This looks sooooo much better in real life. I miss my Lexmark scanner...*whimpers and kicks her HP piece of crap*

Ooookay, I'll be kind. *hates people who mistake "critique box" as "license to be a prick"*
The shoulders match the hips, and the head matches the feet, but combine any other two body parts and they don't size up that well with eachother. But, the pawpads are ridiculously detailed. *pawslut*
The length of the headfur flows more like the mane of a horse than a lion's mane or just general headfur - either she has a jar of Crisco at her disposal each morning, her fur shouldn't seem to hug her body that way (assuming, of course, she's affected by gravity normally in her current state with the wisps and ribbons and all). That's about it. But despite all that, I still love it. It's definately a favourite as of RIGHT NOW! BWAH!

i wouldnt worry about the quality of the scan here. i can see that it just kicks much in the way of ass overall....
id use this part of my comment to put some manner of constructive criticism...but i really cant find anything....i prolly could if i had some art classes or something under my belt....but i dont
on the other hand, wonderful coloring job...and i really like the coloroing effects used with the energy flow there. not something usually seen that is that well done outside of Photoshop

Beautiful work as always. Although I'm sad to say that I do notice the difference in scanning quality :\ What happened to your other scanner?
Perhaps it's just cuz I'm not as familiar with wolf anatomy was I wish I was, but the head looks slightly large to me, especially the tuft of fur on the back of the head. Other than that though, looks so awesome, great pose and I especially like the clasp on the tail and around the arm.

Very cool pose and nice job coloring. The whisps around her form are really fascinating to look at. Since you're asking for Advanced Critiquing, I'll go ahead and mention something I think could have been done better. I'm a big fan of paw pads and the ones you drew for her just didn't come out right. It looks okay, but it doesn't look too realistic. Other than me being picky about paws, the rest of it looks great. : ]

Hungry scanners are a BAD thing. I have one, and it proceeds to mangle everything too. (although yours didn't hurt this from what I can gather)
