Description SO. I've been inactive. D8 XDDD

I got a light table today from my Grandmama ( and she normally gives us pillows and besheets. |D ) and right when I got it, I sat down and started to animate this.

TRIBUTE TO WIGGLYTUFF BECAUSE I LOVE WIGGLYTUFF! D8< A lot of people dun like it. ;w; But I do. c: And I'm a wigglytuff. This is me. >8C

I drew each picture seperate. @w@ There were 13 in total and it wound up like this. = DDD I really like it!

I could've done a bit better but.. I've never used a light table and it got a bit confusing seeing the same picture under and I had to alter it bit by bit- it just. Beh. XDDD
