The Eva 01 after shinji saves Rei from Zeruel. The music in that scene was incredible, can't stop listening to it. :3

Even after You Can (Not) Redo, this scene hasn't lost any of its intensity for me. Even though the world was ending, Shinji saving Rei still gave me a sense of hope. 3.0 killed off all that hope, of course, and did terrible things to its corpse, but when I watch the end of the second film I still feel it again.
It's one of the best anime sequences ever animated.
