My Money on Soundwave. Knocks him out of the air with sonic blasts, then goes in for the kill.
Soundwave would be surprisingly resistant, as much of his torso is storage space. meaning impacts would not damage vital parts.
I'm not positive but i think Soundwave is also the larger of the 2.

Funny thing is how Gobots came first to the toy shelves... but such a nice marketing strategy of Hasbro to give Tfs profiles and get better figures for the toyline. I think those little things did miracles to vanish the Gobots from the face of Earth XD
