Description We all know that Ceratosaurus is known as one of the very few horned meat-eating dinosaurs. But did you know that early depictions of Ceratosaurus have only just one horn? Recently, Ceratosaurus is now portrayed with a prominent, ridge-like horn on the midline of the snout, and a pair of horns over the eyes. These horns would have protected Ceratosaurus's eyes and snout during fights with other dinos.
