Here she is, the final child of the Deathstrome brood, the witch of Ultraviolet Manipulation (thanks ChxoticBexuty for helping me figure that out). She's her father's pride and joy, but the very bane of Tempest's existence considering she keeps getting in trouble with the law- which means he has to use his connections as a detective to bail her out.

Narcissica "Cissy" Deathstrome is just a year younger than Sol, and during her pregnancy, both Cloe and Ogron decided she'd be the last kid or so they think. As a kid, she was always a scheming little witch, and more often than not, she was driving her older siblings up the wall. When she reached her teen years... all bets went off the table and she started getting in trouble with the law, following in both of her parent's footsteps with pretty crime such as vandalism, a few fights, disrupting the peace... If she wasn't at home, she was either in a holding cell or being looked at in the hospital.

Cissy doesn't mean to be so disruptive, but... she is the youngest of seven. She wants to make sure people knows she exists. After all, her eldest brother is a cop, her eldest sister is a famous fashion designer, Bellatrix goes to Solaria's best school and shows a lot of magical potential, her twin siblings are a shapeshifter and former junkie turned guard in training, and then Sol is a fairy who's the first in a long time to show the true balance between Solaria's light and dark magic. Narcissica is just... Narcissica. Sure, her powers are something interesting, but why focus on her when her entire family are so much more?

Fortunately or unfortunately, there is someone who sees a lot of promise in Narcissica, and by the time she starts her education at Cloud Tower, this someone has already been told that if Cissy accepts, she can mentor the young girl. That someone is none other than former Trix member, Selina, Professor of Hexes at Cloud Tower. She sees a lot of promise in Narcissica, as well as sees a lot of her younger self in the girl. So, when Narcissica starts her studies at Cloud Tower, Selina reaches out with the offer of mentoring her and Cissy accepts. As the time goes on, Narcissica learns that she doesn't need to be a reckless teen to get attention... she just needs to stay true to herself.

That's not to say she still doesn't enjoy messing with her oldest brother every now and then.
