Description
One incense stick, one off-camera flash (1/2 strength at 35mm). Simple boost to Saturation / Vibrancy emphasised the subtle colour variations in the smoke. I particularly like how the blue mixes in with the brown.I have no idea why this variation exists, if anyone can explain, please let me know.

someone, i'm sure, can explain the science. but why it exists, or why anything exists, i don't think anyone can answer. my opinion- things exist to be enjoyed. and i really enjoy your image.

Truly amazing shot ! I know that with flames the colour depends on the heat, although for smoke I'm not sure... Love this photo !
