I spent two weeks in a cave house down below the town --
A small path lead down to it--from there a almost straight drop to the water--
coming back from the tavernas late at night could be very interesting

Oia two bed room bath was out side and cut down another layer---
had a reffer and a double gas burner with running water from its own cistern--
The owner-a guy named Rosie --checked the water level ever day
He would scold us if he thought we used too much water the day before

Oia is gorgeous. If I stay there I'm thinking Oia but both towns look great,

Fira is perhaps more touristy and much larger--Of the two Oia would be the place to stay and Fira the place to party----all night long---

In the Aegean the sea and sky are wonderfully blue, and they work that blue and white colour combination so well. Their flag reflects that colour coding.
