I got the pattern at a craft store called Joann Fabrics. Can't find it on the web, so unfortunately I can't send you a link :\ I even went all over the store's website.
Check out the craft stores where you live I'm sure you can find something!
Oh, and it took me about a week or two to make the cloak, so good luck!

well the part that attaches to your ear looks wrong lol. so you have to put hair over it so no one notices
