Description
The Karoo Gold, also called Yellow Pomegranate, is in the Bignoniaceae family, which contains many tropical and subtropical trees, shrubs and vines, often with beautiful flowers. This is a shrub or small tree that occurs in semi desert or dry savannah country here in South Africa. The lovely yellow flowers are quite delicate, and about 3.5 cm/1.4" in diameter.
