Description
Neptune is normally not an easy planet to find, but on December 7th, Mars passed 2 arc minutes away of it. They were so close together that, if Neptune were visible to the unaided eye, the planets would have appeared too close together to tell apart. By the time the weather cleared, they had drifted too far apart to photograph together using my telescope.
