Just a fun little Diablo III rendering of a Demon Hunter
Mine has killed Diablo already and she's rocking a crossbow in each hand 
I've traditionally used cool hues in images like this in the past, so I switched it up a bit and loosely emulated the Blizzard Demon Hunter trailer. The fog/smoke was rendered in GIMP, naturally 
Her eyes aren't 100%. I kinda blended the two styles I have seen; yellow glow without "eye parts", and a semi-glow with pupils showing.The crossbows are free, but they were a real bear to get posed. After I posed each one manually, I had to do the same for the bolts. What a nightmare

In the darkness always is gonna be someone who protect us protects us from evil, and thus those crossbow's look great with that demon hunter.

Yeah you are right I think I might be doing the same thing too. If I stay online to much I don't feel like having fun but if I take a break I can really have lots of enjoyment.
I went over to vampirefreaks......I hate that site! I met some strange people over there! I love DA and people like you William! You make people feel good about themselves and I thank you for that!
I had like 750 items in my inbox! LOL! I must be good because I am halfway done. I can't comment on all the Deviations because I don't want to be spam.

Oh, it can be terrible sometimes. Even after cutting back on the watch lists of the big groups, I'm still averaging over 500 deviations each day! Between my full-time job, the personal and commissioned renders, and all the Facebook activity, I don't reply, comment or "like" nearly as much as I would like to any more. I've been kidding around about needing a manager, but I have already appointed an administrator for my artist page on Facebook. And it's strange that even though I get over 500 deviations coming in on here, DA is the least active regarding interactions with me as an artist. Twitter doesn't really count, as that account is linked to my fan page. It's just there for those who want to keep updated without having to join up on Facebook or here.
Eh, the Vampirefreaks site, I can take it or leave it. I know one or two girls over there but I don't interact with them on that site. One of them has a Facebook fan page so that's enough for me. The impression I got with Vampirefreaks is a room full of angsty Emo/Goth chicks who are pissed at the world.
Yeah, I don't worry about comments any more. I only comment now on pieces that *really* catch my eye. I throw maybe a dozen pieces into my favorites. Every now and then I send someone some encouragement. I just don't have the time any more

I need to take your advice and do the same thing at DA. I feel so guilty if I don't respond to everything. I was a major commenter in Taaz too and got burned out there because of it. Everyone made 10-20 pics and I made maybe one a week but had to comment to about 30 people with 10-20 pics and ended up with no time for me or my art. I better just follow your ways because they are good and it does show you care too. That was how we met it was because you took time for me and I know you are a caring person.

The crossbows were woth the effort, hun (can you not save the 'cocked' position as a morph? and I'd love to know where you got them

What I would have to do in the future is, load the crossbow, and then the bolt, and parent the bolt to the crossbow before posing it. They're just OBJs with textures. It was an oversight on my part.
