Here we see a "non Earth designed" steam locomotive pulling a Royal Pullman train packed with gods and goddesses in the magic railway realm passing through "Ruby Electric Mountain Railway" (a skiresort only to the gods in the magic railway realm) on her way to the now deceased Emperor of the Milky Way's personal railway terminal, so they can select a new Emperor to rule the Milky Way.

But what they don't know is that there are only a few living souls from the planet called Terra (Earth) out of the entire galaxy who are now righteously worthy to become the new emperor.
The countries that contain the worthy are Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland from which they have to pick the new emperor.
