Finally after so many weeks of waiting, you get to see my O.C. Cody with Lincoln and ALL of his friends, including Clyde!

From left to right: Zach, Liam, Cody Carpenter, Clyde McBride, Lincoln Loud, and Rusty Spokes. Cody is now part of Lincoln's circle of friends, or at least part of Lincoln's group!

Originally Rusty was supposed to be on the left side, on the other side of Zach but I ran out of room and had to put him on the right. Talking more on Rusty, I wanted to draw a frontal view of him like I did with the rest of the boys but I couldn't find a frontal picture of Rusty, and it dawned on me that I angled him wrong, so now he has to stay where he is in the picture! And let me tell you, Rusty, Zach too, are complicated characters to draw and though I'd love to draw more of them, I won't be drawing a lot of them. I tend to draw Zach too big too!

In drawing Lincoln, I decided to copy this promo image of him vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/ni… except with his mouth open.

I originally drew Liam taller because I've been drawing him too short and he's not much shorter than Clyde, but he appeared too tall to me, so I had to reduce his size a little. Liam though is easier to draw then Rusty and Zach!

Now unlike before, I decided not to have Cody smile this time, not because he's not happy. Cody has autism (I made him to have autism and I give the Loud House crew permission and the rights to my character IF they ever decide to use him.) And I decided to give him the same face Nonny from Bubble Guppies has. I mean it's been said Nonny has autism but I cannot tell you for sure, although it does seem like he does. I still haven't decided though if Cody has Asperger's. So you may not see Cody smile in a lot of upcoming pictures!

Cody does like Lincoln's other friends besides Clyde but Cody's very shy and probably a little stand-offish and somewhat uncomfortable. I cannot find the right words right now, I'm a bit exhausted and this picture is all I feel like doing right now, so this description may stink.

Lincoln's friends like Cody too. Sometimes he can be hard for them to put up with and sometimes they, especially Liam, can get impatient with him. Don't get me wrong, Liam doesn't dislike autistic people but he can be quite hard on Cody, more so than Lincoln, Clyde, Rusty, and Zach. But Liam doesn't want Cody to leave or to take himself away from them, although Cody can withdraw himself. Sometimes when Cody tries to walk away, Lincoln and his friends try to stop him and make him change his mind. But Liam, Rusty, and Zach like Cody as do Lincoln and Clyde. Cody however is more comfortable with and trusting of Lincoln and Clyde.

Also, seeing how cartoon characters with autism are depicted with red hair, or so it seems that way, and seeing how all of Lincoln's White friends all have red hair, I decided to give Cody blond hair. I wanted Cody to have different hair and why should all cartoon characters with autism have red hair? Isn't that stereotypical? Either way, Cody gets blond hair, at least for now, but he can be made with red hair or brown hair or black hair, or even white hair, which I might do artwork of one day.

I plan to draw more pictures of Cody with Lincoln's quintet, maybe later on today although I'm not certain when I'll get it submitted so please enjoy this one and my previous few pictures of the "Cod-ster!" (I just made that up, I don't know if that'll stick though!)

So everyone, by all means, please use Cody in your artwork, it would make me happy if you did, same with Demetre (Arthur) and Malcolm (also of the Loud House). And for you who work in the Loud House department, you have absolute permission to use Cody, even in just one episode. I know you won't want to but the offer is always open. But please use Cody if you want to even if you don't know anything about him, and I'll try to come up with more information about him. But please credit me for Cody, he'll always be mine!
