this lineart was 4 years old. XD recently added some colormost all of the detail on him (particularly the hips) came from the robotmasters g1 convoy figure.

yah I am with Optimus Prime from the 2007 Movie But I like Optimus in the 1984 TV cartoon as well

The thick lines and chunky shapes make it really bold. The expression in his face is cool; even without a visible face, there's a lot of detail and feeling in there.

i haven't really drawin like this for awhile. with the thicker outline and actual use of shading in it. i think i really need to get back to that actually. i thought for a little while that i just didn't translate well into the coloring style i was trying to learn. >.<

not wanting to draw in my tablet but to work on art using my computer. lol basically i didn't have a decent pencil or pen to sit and sketch with and i didn't want to draw using my tablet... so i sat down with my laptop and mouse and started coloring. now i'm looking for more old stuff that i might want to color. i think i might try the soundwave pinup i did along with a couple of others soon.

Looks fine, I quite like the hip detail of the RM version, it's a great way of having the front tyres incorporated in the robot mode without them just sticking out of the sides!

true true. thinking about it now it just seems kinda odd strapping the tires on to his hips like some have done before. this seems like it makes more sense to me.
