This is one of my absolute favs of yours. It's so vivid and dreamlike, beautiful and gritty. I *love* how the hoop in his ear isn't quite solid. I really love your style and that happens to be a total surprise to me. I've always loved "realistic" art, the more like a photo the better, usually. The fact that your work grabs me so is a testament to how viscerally appealing it really is. I don't understand art enough to explain why I love it with all my heart. It just speaks to me on an instinctive level.
