A quote from my favorite episode of Season 1 "Heart of Darkness". Β It's a great summation episode as to what OUAT is really all about: Β getting you to question the stereotypes you associate with Fairytale characters under the umbrella terms of "good" and "evil" when there is a HUGE amount of potential grey area. Β The "purest of pure" and the "villain to end all evil" are not what they seem, regardless of how much your mind tries to rebel against it.

"If Snow starts down that road, you'll never get her back!" and the funny thing is, two episodes later, Regina said the same line. It's like they're in a constant battle to get the coolest quotes and trump each other in terms of who's the bigger, better villain, who is also semi-sympathetic. Regardless of what Cora did to break her spirit, and how I can understand why she'd be driven to do the things she does, I will never love Regina; it is rare that I find myself unable to love someone, but whenever I see that woman, hot, searing, hatred flows through my veins.
