I'm also leaning towards Dalia (alternatively could be spelled
"Dahlia") and Rosaline/Rozaline as was suggested by someone earlier.
Depending on what she's like, if you choose Rosaline/Rozaline it could be a nice reference to Romeo and Juliet in a way... Or maybe it could even be Rosalind.
If you're lost, turn to Shakespeare, I say. Besides, Shakespeare's life was almost entirely during the Elizabethan age: [link]
Or, for that matter, turning to Greek mythological names is also a good thing to do if you want a magical/Elizabethan-sounding name. The reign of Queen Elizabeth was the height of the English Renaissance, which was when there was a renewed interest in the culture of ancient Greece and Rome. [link]
But actually, when I first saw her I thought Adeline/Adyline/Adaline/(etc...), Celia, or Aemelia. I also always thought Aria would be a pretty name for some character (aria= long, accompanied solo in an opera)
If you still want Charlotti, personally I think it should be Charlotta because Charlotta sounds more feminine.

she looks like an "Alize" type, the hand coming toward us should be larger because of perspective. The line weight seems solid though. keep it up.
