No wonder we burp all the time - and that the birds steer clear of it!

Yeah. I remember I was translating this paragraph from French about how bad for you fizzy drinks are. I translated it, quite correctly, as "if you put a nail in a glass of coke it will dissolve." However, I was really horrified, cause I thought they meant a metal nail. Mais non, c'Γ©tait un TOENAIL. Such a fool. But no less disturbing.
