I know the picture is a bit of a push for the fact but I just like it!... and I coloured it with coffee!
I'm really happy with the way it turned out - especially the shell!
I drink so much of the stuff I thoght I'd put it to an even better use than making me feel happy!
(not that making me happy isn't a great use as it stands)The snails (and slugs) can't travel over the grits - that's why they don't like it!
But a life without coffee!!!

Wow, I've never heard of coffee used as and art material, and it turned out so well. It's got a nice varied texture.

Poor snails, having to deal with instant coffee all the time. At least it gets done quicker?
Genius use of color...paint...coffee...grounds. The texture on the snail and shell is, for lack of a better word, neat--although perhaps the shell or snail could be a bit darker or lighter than the other. It blends together, just a bit, as it is. Expression is a wonderful mix of "let me drink my coffee in peace" and "that is not funny!" :รพ Need I say I like it?

When I was a child I had to do as homework a painting with natural things and food, I painted with coffe and other things that I can't remember, but it didn't become as nice as your drawing, which is very beautiful and cute

I had a feeling it was coffee! lol. I looked at it up close and then read the description...such an ingenious idea! Anyway, this really brings back some memories of when I had to make old letters in the 19th century for history classes by burning the edges and staining them with coffee
