GAAAAAAH MY SCANNNER KILLED THISSSSSS!!!!! D:I'll see if i can fix it up and re upload it later but TA DA!
This was just a quick 15 minute sketch I did because I was annoyed with my tablet, TRADITIONAL ART IS SO MUCH EASIER!!! I know, I know, I'll get used to it.
But it's been a while since I've drawn anything Maximum Ride, aaah, the good ol' days... But this started out as a practice with perspective (which I failed at) and then I added wings and badda bing badda boom! That's my rant for now!

really cool! the perspective is really good. with head looking down and we the viewers looking up, its like shes embracing her flight. ....its a she right?
i only read the first book. but was exposed to the manga years before i finally read the book.
for creative writing class in my senior year. i read the book and i chose to alter the ending of the book as one of the assignments.
turns out a friend who read the series said what i wrote was the exact same thing that had happened in the next book.
what i wrote was ever since the sam and friends fled the facility and everything that had happened up to the part where they read their files. all that was one dream that sam had( i mean Max...) and she was just being tested by the doctors there.
note: i never read the rest, just the 1st book. my friend kept asking me if i had, n i told her no.

and pretty close! i think that was actually the third book though, where they woke up in the labs and told it was all just an induced dream as part of an experiment. But that only lasts a few chapters and they escape again and find out the scientists were lying and none of it was a dream? I dunno, i read it a while ago and i feel like they didn't offer much of an explanation anyways.
Good books though! I'd recommend reading the next two!

This is SO COOL!! And I agree, traditional is soooo much easier... I recently got a tablet and I'm still trying to figure out how to work it.
