Reproduction of a drawing, part of a drawing actually... The original drawing was done by J. G. Jones. It was featured on the cover of a Webspinners: Tales Of Spider-Man comic and also issued as a poster with different colouring.The original cover has part of his face covered or cut out. The cover shows the faces of Harry Osborn, Mary-Jane Watson-Parker, J. Jonah Jameson, Doctor Octopus, The Green Goblin, The Vulture, Captain George Stacy, Gwen Stacy, The Burglar who shot Ben Parker, Aunt May and Uncle Ben. Those faces are covering the background while Spider-Man is at the foreground kneeling down, looking defeated with his wrists webbed to the floor. I really love this piece and think the artwork is great.
Back in 2003, in an art class in college, my teacher suggested I draw J. J. Jameson's face from this poster for an assignment that revolved around drawing a front view of someone's face. This is my reproduction which is about 2 or 3 times bigger than the original size on the poster. I had to improvise with whatever facial features that were hidden or cut out. Mostly his neck, a little bit of chin and his ears.

That is true superheroes are always afraid to take out their worst enemy.That why I wish they make a superhero that don't play by the golden rules. Take Spawn he always take out his enemies,he rarely spare any enemies.

Thanks... Although, I can't really be held responsible for the amount of wrinkles since this was a reproduction of an existing drawing. I tried to make it exactly like the original... well, more or less as I mentioned in the comments.
