I blame myself for this lol I've been rewatching the Clone Wars(when I walk or run on treadmill I distract myself with either audio books or movies/tv shows) and I've been replaying mass effect,since I found it hidden in my boxes, so I've had this cool idea of both Shepards getting cloned so this is where it heads off to.

John and Jane Shepard where selected for the cloning program by the Alliance (unlike Jango who was picked by Count Dooku) and have cloned over 400 clones. 200 are John's while the other 200 are Jane's. Jane Shepard was killed in action while John is no longer a soldier,due to his sisters death,and has been training the clones. John has grew to love the clones and even remembers all their names. He knows his sister loved them as well.

All clones are trained by John and Jane,until her death,so that means they also went through N7 training. The clones live and age slowly then those of the Jango clones,due to the help of the salarians,but are definitely on pare with Commando and ark troopers.

They are equal when it comes to combat with the Jango Fett clones,they just age slower is all when they reach the age of 10 (when they look about 24-26) due to the Alliance knowing they can be useful. The salarians and Kaminoins definitely budded heads while making the Clones but succeeded without killing each other. They are also trained by mando's as well,which explains why they are equal,and are very well skilled in hand to hand combat and sword play. All Shepard clones have unaltered minds and definitely no chip,due to salarians helping out. The 400 clones work mostly with Jedi and so sometimes they are mistreated,which explains why John has to go and meet the Jedi before handing off the clones.

John can be a little over protective of the clones,especially the Jane ones, and at times will reject certain Jedi and General's who will treat his clones like crap or get them killed just to ask for another. He has about 100 left under his wing,50/50 of both John and Jane clones,an is definitely more tough on who will take them.

John is talking to Kahan since 2 of his clones are being sent to work with Kahan and John wants to see if this Jedi even deserves his clones. He sees that Kahan won't throw his clones like trash,he makes sure that Kahan gets his best clones to help;Sky and Jace Shepard.
