Personality;
Takoda lives up to his name - he is a friend to everyone he meets. He does his best to look past any negative qualities one might have, and see the good beneath. If you need someone warm and fuzzy to cuddle up to without any questions asked, this is your guy. His quiet, rock-steady demeanor is something that one might expect from someone quite a bit older than him, but he still has a lot to learn. For example, how to grow a backbone. Despite his massive size, and rigorous training exercises from his father when he was younger, Koda still shies away from any conflict. If he wanted, he could be quite the tank when it came to defending himself, but instead he still tends to run away. And he's not terribly fast.

Likes & Dislikes;
Koda has quite the sweet tooth; his favorite snacks are leaves drizzled with sweet agave nectar. He loves sitting by a fire on the cold Arefell nights and basking in the morning sun (It's not uncommon to find him awake before dawn just to watch the sun rise and feel the first rays o flight). He also enjoys meeting new herd members, or getting to know old ones better.
If there's one thing that he dislikes the most, it's being in the middle of a conflict.

History;

Takoda was born in Cenost to a pureblood stallion and a half Arefell mare. His muddied bloodline sometimes marked him as the target for teasing from the other foals, so he grew a thick skin early in life. When he was of age, he preformed his Ascendance Ceremony and received his gift: a beautiful, deep red geode.
His father, a rather harsh individual, always seemed to expect too much from his quiet son during training. While Koda worked hard to please him, he never enjoyed the strength training and fighting. He was 75 years old when he decided that the Cenost life wasn't for him, and traveled to his grandmother's homeland of Arefell. Upon arrival, he felt that he was finally where he was meant to be.
He learned to be a hunter, and requested to receive a scarification tattoo some time after he joined, even though he was well past the age when most foals received theirs. Finally, he feels like he is home.
