It's pretty nice for a random doodle, I must say! I think I see it as a cycle through the years too... a recollection. The first two frames look like they're young and then they completely changed in the third frame and grew up.
And judging by the guy's face in that last frame, he doesn't seem happy with the change.
... ... But I could be overthinking it.xD I just love giving a story to the pictures I draw and see - it's kinda become second nature.
