Cause I haven't much fun to draw celebrities. I drew it the first time to learn to draw realistic and the best way was to draw famous people so others can recognize them.

Haha, my German is more than terrible, so I'll stick to English. XD This is beautiful. Hopefully someday I'll be able to draw portraits half that well. I will keep working!

I think this is technically very good but you shading lets you down a lot, especially on the hat. It looks like you got lazy and tried to rush it. I say that because you can see all your pencil lines. It would look so much better if the pencil was used softer and with your strokes closer together to make more of a smoother colour/shade.
The hair looks good but I think finer lines or finer high/lowlights are needed to make it perfect. I notice by the hat where the hair starts, you have shaded a bit but stopped. I would suggest doing the hair strands separately to make the hair flowp roperly like it does further down. The shading by the outlines is a little messy (particually the face and neck) but the eyebrows look spot on though.
I think the face is fantastic, all propotionally correct but it really lacks shading. Try shading some of it lightly like you have on the lips and this will look that bit more complete. The teeth need a bit of shading too.
Moving further down, the neck lacks a lot of shading from the face and the necklace look rushed, like you added it in or shaded it last minute.
I think if you take your time more and use your pencil lighter (you can always go over again to make it darker, building it up like layers) you will get much better shading at the end.
