Description
For October I choose to design mega evolution for all ghost type pokemon for didn't have a mega or any special form (like hoopa unbound). I kept thinking on the type of angel/bird wings were its a set of 3 on each side I cant remember what they are called but i can't really draw one pair of feathered wings so i only did 2 instead
