Description: Bagira is Ballu's big brother, and often made fun of him when he was younger. However, Reginald often defended Ballu from him. As a result of Bagira's abuse, Ballu began bullying Doggy Don. Today, Bagira has moved on from bullying Ballu, but he still makes visits from time to time.
