My university days were at Wright State University, located on high ground adjacent to the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base on the east side of Dayton, OH. An airburst over the base would have scoured the campus to the ground, except for anyone in the "air raid shelter" tunnel system. Those would have been buried under tons of radioactive rubble. But hey we could have held out for a couple of weeks on the soda & snack machines!

I honestly admit that I wasn't really excited the night when the Berlin Wall was opened for I was just too young to fully understand what was going on. As far as I remember I fell asleep on the couch... ahem.

Since I cut my hair some years ago (and never regretted it), I would have to wait some years to wear her hair-do, but I quite have her hair colour (at the moment).
