"Let the storm rage on! The thunder never bothered me anyway."I present to you, Nessa. The Queen of Raging Storms. Tempest is the English version for the Greek word Storm, so I'm told! Her dress is a little... iffy but I'm not an expert with making a character new clothes... lol
Credit goes to all the stocks used to create this manipulation and credits go to all the rightful distributors and owners! Elsa and the Disney logo belong to Walt Disney Studios. The dress Elsa is wearing is a LaFemme Fashions style 16802 prom dress. Credits go to lafemmefashions for the photo. The hair was an alteration of Chloë Grace Moretz's Red Carpet style. I must ask! How on EARTH did you get rid of Elisa's braid? I tried doing an elsa edit similar to this but when I rubbed off else's hair I was stuck on how to refil that gap.

I LOVE this Elsa Deviation! That you changed the basic hair dress make it WAY better than just one or the other. I don't really like it when people leave her hair the same and just change the color. Sometimes they don't even do that, But this is superb!
