Her name is Asteria (also a star derived name, like Stella).
These days she looks like this: kikyuu.deviantart.com/art/Effe… (Yes, my icon is just a smaller cut of this piece).
But when I first created her she resembled this plushie quite a lot in coloration: kikyuu.deviantart.com/art/Air-… (Lookit that art progress, lol.)
Originally she had the whiter-ish mane (though sans the purple streaks) of this plushie, but blue eyes rather than purple. These days she has a darker mane, and usually has purple eyes. However, since I draw her just for myself, she's slowly shifted as I draw her over the course of 2 or 3 years. She's sort of a therapy draw - she's an alicorn of wish magic & potential. Part of her backstory involves her being a young adult earth pony, long past the time to discover one's cutie mark, without a mark of her own. When she... realizes? decides? that her talent is wishing & potential, she somehow ends up an alicorn but doesn't display a cutie mark. Or something like that, since I never was able to design a cutie mark for her and usually leave them out of my pony drawings (but people have still asked where hers is).
To be honest it's not been important to me to nail all the details down, since she's about expression. She travels around trying to inspire people to fight off their demons and doubts and shoot for the stars. She's pretty snowflake-y, but a heart-warming pick me up to try and think about when I'm down!
