The colouring on her costume is very well done, and you've captured her take no bullsh** attitude nicely.
The way you've coloured her face, giving her heavy set ridges above her eyebrows makes her look a tad like a neaderthal, though.
The width of her neck and shoulders makes her look like a man with expensive implants too.
As a general rule woman who are in good physical shape should have shoulders no wider than the widest part of their hips.
On a whole is very good though.
White is a difficult colour to do shadows and highlights on.
