I made versions for the 02 characters, based on their D3 colour and Digimon. Ken's Digivice should probably have pink as its main colour, to match his crest, but I feel like green/black make more sense...
The Digivices in the Digivolution sequences have a green centre ring, but they're depicted in the episodes as being the same colour as the rest of the device.

Not to be picky, but shouldn't ken's digivice be magenta with green buttons because he owns the crest of kindness?

It's not exactly solid evidence, but judging by the DNA/Jogress Digivices, Ken's Digivice should be green. Then again, the Digivices for Silphymon/Shakkoumon match the component Digimon colours (red/white, gold/silver), rather than the crests for TK and Kari, so maybe it should be pink to match the crest

I think it suits Ken/Wormmon more than a pink Digivice. I don't know where they were going with the Crest of Kindness but it always bugged me that they introduced it for no apparent reason.

Maybe the bandai thought they missed a key aspect of human nature and decided to use it on him.

If Light equates to goodness, it seems like they've already got Kindness covered by Friendship/Love/Light. In general, 02 didn't seem like a well thought out series - the crest was probably introduced as a plot point to show Ken that he wasn't a cruel person.
