Very nice concept. But you're gonna have a problem with the header for people who use larger or widescreen monitors. You could put the image on repeat, but then it would have to flow seamlessly.

I think I agree about the menu needing to be changed, but if the client wants it the client wants it...
I would also move the three square images closer to the titles and text they go with. Right now the space between them is so large they feel like they're 2 different items instead of 1 item.
Otherwise, I love the colors and think it's great.
Oh, and the top border for the "happiness" quote should stretch the full length of the page, instead of stopping short on the left side.

The font for the menu buttons just doesn't seem right.. it seems too thin, needs to be thicker, or something. I dunno tbh lol
