He was king of Germany at this point, but not yet crowned emperor. That happened 12 years after the battle.

the two shield guys are from spain, the tower is Castile and the cup is from Galicia. why are they in a german/ Hungarian revolt?

-Those two shield guys are not from Spain but from Bohemian kingdom.
-the tower is not Castile(which in fact look differently and architecture in Spain is also different to central europe)but coat of arms of the city of Prague-capital city of Bohemian kingdom. There are plenty of others coat of arms in czech lands as well as in other countries with similar city wall.It is not exclusive for Spain only.
-cup is not from Galicia. It is the main symbol of Hussite revolution and armies.
-it is not"German/ Hungarian revolt" but Czech religious and social revolution and civil war inside of Kingdom of Bohemia.Although Hussite revolution ideas were exported into surounding countries as well.
-and by the way-soldiers from Spain might take and almost certainly take part in this conflict as part of one of the four international Crusades that were sent against Bohemia -all of them being decisively defeated by the Hussites.
Hope this helped man .-)

Well there are some mistakes in your post...well in completely every sentence:
-Those two shield guys are not from Spain but from Bohemian kingdom.
-the tower IS NOT Castile(which in fact look differently and architecture in Spain is different)but coat of arms of the city of Prague-capital city of Bohemian kingdom. There are plenty of others coat of arms in czech lands as well as in other countries with similar city wall.It is not exclusive for Spain only.

-and by the way-soldiers from Spain might take and almost certainly take part in this conflict as part of one of the international Crusades that were sent against Bohemia -all of them being decisively defeated by the Hussites.

Wait, what heresy? What Jan Hus and a lot of his followers wanted was that the church and its wealthy and corrupt leaders would return to the humble origins of the church and to be more like Christ himself.

It was considered heresy by the church, precisely for the reason you have exposed.
