Description 7th in the series. It's Cecilia this time. She's quite popular. I must admit, that when I first drew her, I only intended for her to be just some random seal girl that I drew for practice. But people liked her so much. And before you ask, yes, she's wearing the same thing as in her first appearance. That's her swimsuit.

You should make her tail have more of a "fishy" look to it. It looks like a normal land-dweller fluffy tail right now.

And oh yes, here's a question for you: When you color in large, uniform areas of color, do you use the tip of the pencil or the flat? I use the flat, and I don't leave white spaces...

it's partially hidden, so you can't see it completely. It's hard to draw a seal tail. I'll just say that she has it hanging loose behind her.
As for the coloring, I use partial tip/partial flat..the sides of the colored pencil.

Just draw a fish tail. It would work.

Well then, I will move on from that... She's cute, though I would have made her just blue and white, not blue, white, and brown; and I don't recall seals being colored that way, but then again I don't see many seals, so if you could provide me a photo...

And that forehead accessory thing makes her forehead look big

It's not an accessory. That species of seal has a brown patch on their forehead. And that species of seal is white, gray, and brown. It's just the coloration. -w-

That's a swimsuit? It kinda reminds me of a school girl outfit. Still, it's pretty cool.
