You should make her tail have more of a "fishy" look to it. It looks like a normal land-dweller fluffy tail right now.
And oh yes, here's a question for you: When you color in large, uniform areas of color, do you use the tip of the pencil or the flat? I use the flat, and I don't leave white spaces...

it's partially hidden, so you can't see it completely. It's hard to draw a seal tail. I'll just say that she has it hanging loose behind her.
As for the coloring, I use partial tip/partial flat..the sides of the colored pencil.

Well then, I will move on from that... She's cute, though I would have made her just blue and white, not blue, white, and brown; and I don't recall seals being colored that way, but then again I don't see many seals, so if you could provide me a photo...
And that forehead accessory thing makes her forehead look big

It's not an accessory. That species of seal has a brown patch on their forehead. And that species of seal is white, gray, and brown. It's just the coloration. -w-
