(sorry I'm only NOW commenting) I Think this is pretty cool- again, I love your coloring to bits and pieces~
A little critique from me is that her hand is kind of weird- mainly the thumb and her two fingers, as well as how her arm is bent. XD Not to be rude, but I don't see that happening to often. And -well- her one eyebrow is just black. XD That was actually the first thing I noticed.
Otherwise, I seriously love this~ ;3 It's awesome bro.

YEAH THE BLACK EYEBROW I FAKED UP CAUSE WHEN I FINISHED IT THE EYEBROW LOOKED WEIRD SO I OPENED SAI UP AGAIN AND I MADE THE EYEBROW LONGER THAN I REALIZED I HAD DIFFERENT COLOR LINES AND I WAS LIKE FAK

Ahh I love this character! She has nice colors which are very awesome ;-; Actually I dont like pink but this kind of pink just looks so amanzing im so jealous on your good design skills x'D
I really like the hair you gave her it looks awesome and I like the cute t-shirt ;3;
The kinda cellshading thing fits very well to the pink and write ;v;Β
Well, the hand is wrong and you could have drawn the Head a bit smaller but its still awesome.
