You're learning German then you're gonna learn Russian? That's what I want to do but, I can't actually find a reliable source for learning either

I study German at my local Goethe-Institut . They charge a quite fair price for high quality classes!
I've been fiddling around with the Russian idea and I did find a highly reputable institution, a Russian culture institute that used to be maintained by the Soviet embassy during the Cold War and hosted secret Communist Party reunions during the fascist dictatorship era, the Cultural Union for the Peoples' Friendship (UCPADP), yet I believe it doesn't exist outside São Paulo, Brazil. If you're really interested in it, I'd suggest you to contact your local russian consulate and ask them about Russian lessons!
Cheers

I'm trying to teach myself it. Im just trying to learn the alphabet and the sounds so I can read it without phonics (syllables spelled out in english). Plus, I have yet to see any russian use that when they speak. Im just going to learn how they did. Step by step. I'm even getting stickers to put on my key board so I can learn typing as well as writing.
Here's a useful tip I found when learning the alphabet-
As you know, they are a few different types of letters to learn in that alphabet. Some look like english, but sound different. Some sound the same, some are new, and some are very out there. With four types of letters, it can be confusing to know which is which. So, here's a tip, use different colored ink! I use red, blue, black and green. For the letters that look similar to english but different in Russian, I use red ink.
Give it a try and see if it helps you.

Nah, it is not really correct...That would be much better, if it was "Я хочу выучить русский".

Thank you a lot! I'm going to fetch the source file (I know it's somewhere) and I'll update it with the correct text.

Also, I use it all the time to speak with an Italian friend who doesn't speak either English or my mother language. Sometimes she can't even figure out what I was trying to say
