Nathan adopts an orphaned radstag fawn and takes it back to the Castle where it quickly becomes a sort of unofficial mascot for the Minutemen.

There is significant debate between the inhabitants over whether to name it "Legs" or "George Washington" which escalates into a civil war-style mess hall food fight of legendary proportions, a broken nose, and several hundred caps worth of damages to the fort. Nathan is required to intervene and arbitrate a compromise. Thus, "Legs Washington."

He has six legs and two faces which means double the potential for kisses and at least three times the hugability factor.
