Description
A new character, Felix the fennec fox. I wasn't going to make him a character but I dunno, I really like him. u_u I drew his jacket wrong though, it's supposed to be tiny.
He lives in a clock tower and is a bit eccentric.
I don't know why he lives in a clock tower or has a gear for a pupil.
And finally, a style of soft shading that I actually like.
Also, I'm so lazy when it comes to background that I just used a printscreen of transparent background.
