Well, in my job my hands get dirty pretty much so not like my nail arts would last long for too long either... They usually last long about a week or sometimes even more, depends on what I have done and how often I remember to add more top-coat...
I really do like doing nail art at times, I just did a mani&pedi cure to my mother and she seems to be happy with them.
I'm just an amateur though, I have only about 30 nail polishes + top coats, magnetic nail-polish and a graffiti nail polish, and some stickers + nail tattoos. I just do it for fun.

it's made with some poison-free tusch-pen my dear sis buys to me..........
used right they goes almost water-colorrish........
i just love them..... thoug they are lacking some colors in the nuances........
fxthey goes from darkblue to a very bright one.......
now middlesteps in between......
but they still great.......

Well that's a good habit. I do the same with my nail polishes, especially if I mix two or more colours together, I love doing nail art and manicures at times.
